Simon Flint<br />

Simon’s career in food began in<br />

some of the most prestigious and<br />

best known restaurants in London,<br />

including Daphne’s, Le Caprice,<br />

as well as The Ivy and Mirabelle.<br />

Simon then took on the role as head<br />

chef at the renowned Groucho Club<br />

in London.<br />

Simon joined the team at the<br />

National Theatre in June 2006, taking<br />

responsibility for creating new menus<br />

and food packages for all events<br />

at the National Theatre. Simon has<br />

created the following menu using<br />

carefully sourced, fresh and seasonal<br />

ingredients that celebrate the best of<br />
