<strong>Introduction</strong> 2014 PFR Partners This publication is a summary of Beck’s Hybrids 2014 agronomic research managed by the Central IL Practical Farm Research Center located near Downs, IL. Management options for farming operations are endless, and farmers don’t have time to evaluate all procedures or new technologies. On-farm research is costly, time consuming, and often confusing. That’s why we developed our Practical Farm Research (PFR) ® Partner program. This program conducts different studies across multiple locations on growers’ actual farms to learn how different management practices and new technologies perform in their own field environments. Simply put, it’s research focused with the farmer in mind. Beck’s CILPFR research team conducted various on-farm agronomic trials in corn and soybeans throughout Illinois.
