Most of the occupiers have decided not to disclose details of their<br />
contracts. However, the rental value in the <strong>Leadenhall</strong> building<br />
is believed to be over £70 per ft 2 , being one of the highest in the<br />
City.<br />
Servcorp, is currently occupying Level 30, which provides 30ft 2<br />
on a rent of £72.50 per ft 2 . The lease term is 15 years, with a bre-<br />

option at 10 years. There is also an initial rent free period of 24<br />
months and there will be a second rent free period of six months,<br />
