Strip Sea Bass, flour and deep fry. For the<br />

dressing use Thai sweet chilli, dark soy,<br />

h<strong>on</strong>ey and sliced pink ginger. Warm before<br />

serving <strong>on</strong> a trio of spaghetti vegetables.<br />

A sweet, white, textured fish,<br />

closely resembling Sea Bream in flavour.
