Simply Fit<br />
FREE FOR MEMBERS<br />
Led by one of our Fitness Staff, Simply Fit is a complimentary<br />
group orientation for members (excluding 10 punch<br />
passes) of our Fitness Centre. You will learn about the<br />
equipment and classes available to you and will leave feeling<br />
comfortable to join us for a great workout on your own,<br />
with a friend, or in a group exercise class.<br />
Wednesdays 6:30pm | Saturdays 9:00am<br />

Fitness Assessment & Program Design<br />
Ever wondered about what type of training is best for you?<br />
Try this package on for size. One of our Exercise Specialists<br />
will measure your body composition, cardiovascular fitness,<br />
muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility. The data<br />
collected will be used to create a personalized program that<br />
will help you reach your fitness goals.<br />
Members $150.00, Non-Members $175.00 (plus tax)<br />

Personal Training<br />
Working out and not getting the results you want? Our<br />
Personal Training can help you. Book your FREE initial<br />
consultation with one of our Exercise Specialists to talk<br />
