JUBIZOL Standard is based on knowledge and experience gained within the last forty years of 

application of more than 10 million m 2 of contact ETIC systems on an insulation board made of 

traditional expanded polystyrene. The system meets the needs of the largest number of buyers.

It isintended mainlyfor buildings offering a higher standard of living. Thesystem offerstheselection of 

themaximum numberof shades - frommodern intensive yellow,orangeandredshades, distinguished 

byexceptional UVresistance, to darker Unixil cool colour shades withY < 25, distinguished byup to 

25 % lower level of warming due to lower absorption of the infrared part of the light spectrum. 

The mentioned colour shades ensure the highest persistence of intensiveshades. Application of the 

micro-reinforced mortar as basecoat ensures, also in the case of the minimum thickness, adequate 

strength characteristics and the desired security when selecting darker render finishes or in more 

demanding microclimate conditions.

UNIXIL G Cool - an infrared reflecting siloxane acrylic smooth render finish which excels with an 

up to 25% lower warming rateof its surface. For colour tinting, special IRreflecting pigments are 

used which are theoutcome of multiannual research and development financed by EUmeans. 

They prevent excessive thermal expansion of façades becauseof warming.Colour shadesmade 

with thesepigments may be applied on theentirefaçadesurface.

dirt absorption resulting from nanotechnology enable the application of the system also on façade

An ETIC system tailored to those buyers who prefer natural building materials. We recommend for 

insulation mineral (resp. stone) wool lamellas and a silicate textured render finish as top-coat. The 

system is non-combustible and can thus be used for thermal insulation of all buildingsrequiring the 

highest level of fire protection. It isalso distinguished by high water vapour permeability, which is, 

in amajority of cases, highly desired also with buyers, while asilicate render finish still ensures the 

system solid protection against precipitation despiteits good water vapour permeability.

1. Where all roof and plumbingworks have been finished; 

2. Whennew-buildmasonryor plastering are at least amonthold;

5. When major wet construction works(plasters, cement screed, 

concrete floorings and similar) inside a building are finished. 



Facademaintenance

During thisperiod, façade surfacesaremoreor lesswashed out, becomedirty and colours slightly fade

results in adamaged render finish. Refurbishment costsof such damagesnormally exceed the costs 

of maintenancepainting. Restoration of facade surfaces is simple if the surface iswell-adhered.In this 

case,immediaterepaint coatingupon a priorapplication of aprimerisusuallynecessary.In thecase of 

cracked surfaces, quality mending needsto be donefirst and then surfacesshould be painted with a 

suitable micro reinforced facadepaint. Our product range consists of different facadepaints used for 

repaint coating of smooth androughsurfaces.Considering thetype, quality,ageandstateof afaçade 

surface,customerscanselect amongst high or medium water vapour permeability of paintsas well as 

amongst their high or mediumwater repellency.
