Susie was a friendly face at the reception<br />
desk; vets need a very supportive team to<br />
keep the practice running smoothly throughout the<br />
day and sometimes night. Blood tests, X-rays,<br />
referrals to specialists, prescriptions for<br />
medicine and forward appointments might<br />

With so much going on I became aware that<br />
