Ripe coffee cherries are hand-picked, washed, then left on<br />

the sun for fermentation.<br />

The beans are roasted for 15-20 minutes in 93°C - it’s all we<br />

need to bring out the right flavour. Distinct aroma of<br />

chocolate, citruses and floral acidity will take your drinking<br />

experience to whole another level.


Slower growth indicated by high elevation and lake’s<br />

microclimate results in dense, full body beans.<br />

Thanks to volcanic soil and organic fertilisers, the<br />

coffee is loaded with minerals and components of<br />

high nutritional value.
