Document Services
This office will assist with documents in emergencies, for example if your
identification card has expired. Furthermore, the office can assist if you
need a visa. There is a charge for all services. Location: Terminal 1, Arrivals,

Dog “Hotel”
The Fraport security department has dogs that are located in CargoCity
South. At this location you can leave your dog in good hands for a longer

Easy Check-in Service
The check-in service assists elderly passengers, first-time flyers, travelers
with children, and travelers with a lot of luggage. There are several convenient
ways to use Easy Check-in: by phone reservation 24 hours before
the flight by calling 069 12018411 or by visiting the Easy Check-in
ser vice counter 727 in Terminal 1, area C. Travelers can also call shortly
before arriving at the airport and ask for a Personal Assistant by directly
phoning the service counter 069 690-25593.
Excess Baggage
Can also be sent via Sologistics GmbH, Terminal 2, Hall D, counter 838,

German Rail (Deutsche Bahn)
The German Rail travel center above the regional train station in Terminal
1 and in the long distance train station is open daily from 0600 to
2200 hours. There is also a Service Point in Terminal 1 (Hall B. level 0)
that is open from 0600 to 2400 hours and in the long distance train
station from 0600 to 2230 hours.
Hairdressing
Located in the Airport City Mall Frankfurt, Terminal 1, Hall C, level 0 and
in the entrance area of the Sheraton Hotel (direction AiRail Terminal).

Parking garages at the terminals
Parking garages at the terminals offer sufficient car parking space right
next to the terminals. Your car is protected against all weather conditions
and you can comfortably reach the terminals without getting wet.

• Terminal 2: access via P8, P9
• Entrance height: 2.10 meters
Parking fees: 1 hour €4.00, 1 day €25.00, 1 week (7 days) €115.00
Business Parking
Quick and easy access via the P4 entrance to the at Terminal 1 Business
Parking, which features wide parking spaces.
Parking fees: 1 hour €5.00, 1 day €29.00, 1 week (7 days) €145.00
Early booking of parking space
You can save up to 53% if you book your parking space at least 1
month in advance. Go to www.frankfurt-airport.com. You must park
a minimum of seven days and no longer than 29 days. One week
starts at €55.00 depending on the season.
Holiday Parking
There are 1,500 outdoor parking spaces in the southwest area of the
airport. A bus operates 24 hours daily to shuttle you to the terminals
and back to the parking lot.
Parking fees: 8 days from €49.00 and 15 days from €64.00, depending
on the season.
