<strong>Pre</strong>sentation is not just about a clean, minimalist home but how it flows, smells and feels. Saturday inspections for<br />

buyers are frantic, spent running from one house to the next. Decisions are normally made very quickly.<br />

Buyers need to experience your home and this starts as they arrive outside the property and continues through<br />
