Thank you for buying tickets to
the Hockey Champions Trophy.
This guide is designed to help you plan
your visit to Lee Valley Hockey and
Tennis Centre.
Whether this is your first hockey event
or if you are a regular visitor, the
information in this pack will ensure you
are getting the most out of your match
day experience.

• Check the weather beforehand and dress

• Gates open one hour ahead of the first
match of the day
• Leave plenty of time to get to the
venue, aim to arrive at least 30 mins
before the start as bag checks will
be in operation
• No food or drink can be brought
into the venue, except in limited

The Park Mobility service is available for
visitors to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
with mobility and/or visual impairment.

10.00 – 15.00 daily, customers are strongly
advised to pre-book by calling 0800 0722 110,
quoting ‘Park Mobility’.
Bus
Several bus routes connect Lee Valley
Hockey and Tennis Centre with Stratford
and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Please
remember buses no longer accept cash
308, W15, N26 all stop outside Lee Valley
Hockey and Tennis Centre
97, 339, 388 and N205 all run through
Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and
stop nearby
Car
There is no parking available for
spectators at the venue
While spectators are encouraged to use
public transport where possible, there is
limited parking at the following sites:
Westfield Stratford City, E20 1EJ
Approximately 20 minute walk from
the venue
Here East, East Way, E20 2ST

Key Information
• Please allow plenty of time to get to
the venue. It is a 25 minute walk from
the Stratford stations and security will
performing bag searches upon arrival
• No food or drink may be brought into the
venue (except in limited circumstances on
proven medical grounds)
• Please check the website here for a full list
of what can and cannot be brought into
the venue
• Please refer to the spectator maps to
locate your allocated seat blocks. The
pre match entertainment start from 30
minutes before push back
Facilities
The following facilities can be found on site
Information point – need to use the
buggy store, require assistance, have a
ticketing question or any other general
enquiries? Our Hockey Maker team
will be on hand and ready to support at
the information point
Toilets – located in Festival Square, the
bottom of Street Market and on the
East stand concourse
First Aid – located near the
Information Point should you require
any help of advice
Ticket Offices - Located adjacent to
the Information Point, offering ticketing
resolution and sales for future session
Indicates we’’ll be screening games from Euro 2016
Street Market
With fresh food on offer from each and every
competing nation, make sure you visit the
Street Market to try something new.
The Hockey Hub
Young or old test out your skills at the
Hockey Hub. Throughout the Champions
Trophy you will find our inflatable pitch, stick
duel, speed cage, Instagram printers and
much much more.
Festival Square
For all your merchandising needs, from
replica shirts to hockey sticks, make sure you
visit our giant retail store on Festival Square.
You will also find even more bars, catering
outlets and plenty of big screens showing
match day highlights and live sports.
Hockey Museum
Swot up on your hockey knowledge and
learn all about the history of the sport in the
Hockey Museum.
Be sure not to miss
Create lasting memories at our
