Prospecvestudentsmusthaveahighschool<br />
diplomaorequivalencydiplomatobe<br />
accepted<strong>for</strong>enrolment.Ifapplicantsare<br />
beyondtheageofcompulsoryschoolaendanceinColoradoanddonotposesa<br />
diplomaorequivalencydiploma,theymay<br />
completeanabilitytobenefittest.Theschool<br />
doesnotadministerthetest,butwilprovide<br />
in<strong>for</strong>maononavailabilitywhenrequested.<br />

asignments,testsorlecturesthathavebeen<br />
mised.<br />
POSTPONEMENTOFSTARTDATE<br />
Postponementofastarngdate,whetherat<br />
therequestoftheschoolorthestudent,<br />
requiresawrienagreementsignedbythe<br />
studentandtheschool.Theagreementmust<br />
set<strong>for</strong>th:<br />
a.Whetherthepostponementis<strong>for</strong>the<br />
convenienceoftheschoolorthe<br />
student<br />
b.Adeadline<strong>for</strong>thenewstartdate,<br />
beyondwhichthestartdatewilnot<br />
bepostponed.<br />
Ifthecourseisnotcommenced,orthe<br />
studentfailstoaendbythenewstartdate<br />
set<strong>for</strong>thintheagreement,thestudentwilbe<br />
entledtoanappropriaterefundofprepaid<br />
tuionandfeeswithin30daysofthedeadline<br />
ofthenewstartdateset<strong>for</strong>thintheagreement,determinedinaccordancewiththe<br />
school’srefundpolicyandalapplicablelaws<br />
andrulesconcerningthePrivateOccupaonal<br />
EducaonActof1981<br />
ATTENTANCEREQUIREMENTS<br />
Studentsareexpectedtoariveonme<strong>for</strong><br />
claswithpropermaterials.Anoveralaendancerateofatleast100%isrequired.<br />
Instructorsmayrequestyourwithdrawalfrom<br />
theprogram ifabsencesortardinesexceed<br />
70%.<br />
ALUMNIRETRAINING<br />
Studentsthatgraduatefrom DentalEssentialsareentitled to participate<br />
in DentalEssentialsretraining program.Studentsmayattend aclass,take<br />
an updated courseorlearn aboutnew equipment.Thereisno tuition<br />
charge<strong>for</strong>graduateshowever<strong>book</strong>s,suppliesand otherfeesmayapply.
