receiving shipments from different<br />
countries. If you buy from two or<br />
three of our suppliers, we may ship<br />
them separately. We only make<br />
reasonable substitutions, and only<br />
when completely necessary.<br />

New Accounts: Credit card with<br />
signed authorization only. We do<br />
not accept c.o.d. orders.<br />
There is no minimum on orders or<br />
reorders. Buy what you need!<br />
Establishing Open Accounts: Please<br />
supply at least three trade references<br />
and one bank reference with complete<br />
address and account number plus your<br />
re-sale number. If you do not supply us<br />
with this information your account will<br />
remain on a credit card or pro forma<br />
basis.<br />
Open Account Terms: Net/30 days.<br />
1½% interest will be charged on all<br />
