Just a few of the wonderful people<br />
who help make <strong>Lotus</strong> great.<br />
COURTNEY LEGENHAUSEN<br />
Courtney is the CEO and head designer here at <strong>Lotus</strong>.<br />
She is a multitasking queen and loves inspiring her staff to<br />
have mid-day dance parties. She has a strong love for reggae<br />
music, yoga, burritos and hammocks and enjoys cooking<br />
good meals for her family and friends. She studied at The<br />
Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts in San Francisco, where she<br />
received her Graduate Jeweler Degree in 2002. When she’s not<br />
busy raising her two children you can often find her relaxing<br />
with a good book and a glass of wine in hand.<br />
LIZ MATHEWS<br />
Liz is our Operations Manager, Assistant<br />
Designer and craft woman extraordinaire!<br />
This girl can make something<br />
spectacular out of anything! She received<br />
her BS degree in Art & Design with<br />
an emphasis in Jewelry from Towson<br />
University. She has a huge passion for<br />
traveling the globe and there’s no doubt<br />
this girl’s going places, so watch out!!!<br />
JAX LAING<br />
Jax is our Production Manager and inhouse<br />
rocker chick! Being the lead singer<br />
of a band and talented jewelry designer<br />
are just a couple of cards this girl has up<br />
her sleeve. Known as “Jax” around the<br />
studio, she has a long love affair with<br />
cupcakes! Jacque also received her BS<br />
degree in Art & Design with an emphasis<br />
in Jewelry from Towson University.<br />
SUSAN HUMPHREY<br />
Susan is our stone buyer and production<br />
assistant. She brings light to the workplace<br />
with her warm personality. With a background<br />
in Industrial Design, in which she<br />
earned a BFA from RIT, we have learned<br />
there is nothing this girl can’t make! Also<br />
a real animal lover, she has a talent in<br />
making stained-glass windows in her free<br />
time. We love “Sue Bear”!<br />
KRISTIN HUGHES<br />
Kristin is our Accounts Manager and is<br />
known for her laid-back personality. She<br />
keeps our office staff in tiptop shape and<br />
is the voice behind <strong>Lotus</strong>. Kristin has a<br />
BFA degree in Illustration with a concentration<br />
in Graphic Design from MICA<br />
(Maryland Institute College of Art).<br />
She is a multi-talented girl and enjoys<br />
horseback riding in her free time.<br />
SARAH ELLENBERGER<br />
Sarah is one of our production<br />
assistants and comes to us with a background<br />
in jewelry making, in which<br />
she received her BS degree in general<br />
fine arts from Towson State University.<br />
Her stylish and humorous nature adds<br />
a lot of spunk to our work environment!<br />
She is a true animal lover and<br />
enjoys cooking and spending time with<br />
her dog, Zuly, in her free time.<br />
STEPHANIE PARKS<br />
Stephanie is one of our production<br />
assistants. She received her BFA in<br />
Fashion Design from Pratt Institute<br />
in NYC and is a very talented costume<br />
designer. Her happy and laidback<br />
nature truly brightens the work<br />
place and she is always ready for a<br />
good laugh. She is a true wine lover,<br />
enjoys crocheting and adventuring<br />
outdoors in her free time.<br />
JULIE GOULDENER<br />
Julie is one of our production assistants<br />
and is a true earth mama. She is a cat lover,<br />
enjoys raising monarch butterflies and<br />
plans on adding a chicken coop to her<br />
homestead soon. She is currently studying<br />
in a Master Naturalist & Master Gardener<br />
program and you can always count<br />
on her for a good meal. She received her<br />
BA from Florida International University<br />
with an emphasis in art education.
