you MUST provide product codes for each<br />
of your items. Mistakes made during the ordering<br />
process are the sole responsibility of the customer. By<br />
giving verbal confirmation on phone orders you accept that all<br />
items on your order are correct and that additional charges may occur<br />
to replace items that have been shipped. First time orders have a $300 minimum<br />
and a $20 minimum on any re-orders. You may place your order by calling us at<br />

Cancellations of items must be made within 24 hours of order date<br />
to avoid a 15% restocking fee.<br />

Vermeil to assemble all of the products and components. All stones are genuine<br />

WARRANTY: <strong>Lotus</strong> Jewelry Studio stands behind the quality of their products,<br />
however we are not responsible for the personal wear and tear of our items. For this<br />
reason our products have a 60 day warranty policy from the date of invoice. Due to<br />
the delicate nature of chains, our chains have a strict 30 day warranty policy which<br />
excludes unusual wear and tear. If your item breaks or becomes damaged within this<br />
time period it will be replaced at <strong>Lotus</strong> Jewelry Studio’s expense with prior approval.<br />
Damages outside of this warranty time period will receive a replacement or repair<br />
charge accordingly.<br />
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American<br />
Express and Discover. Billing information will be kept on file for future ordering and<br />
will never be shared with third parties. Your card will be processed on your requested<br />
ship date, and your order will leave our facility within three business days of<br />
payment processing.<br />
