Our in-house architect and interior designer work with our clients to create the house
and space that they love, because we know that good design enables people to live more
comfortably.
We continuously explain the processes involved in creating our homes from beginning
to end. Our communication is always honest and open, and we like to keep our clients
fully informed of every step of the building process. The team at Mayfair Homes prides
itself on attention to detail and flexibility, and our job is not complete until our clients

Steve Kolak, the Director and Founder
of Mayfair Homes, is a licensed builder
and qualified carpenter. He has been
part of the construction industry
for more than twenty years. Steve
established Mayfair Homes to fill a gap
in the residential construction market
for high quality custom built homes.
During this time, Steve has assembled
a talented and trusted team of qualified
tradesmen to create some of the finest
homes.
MARCUS TARZIA
Marcus is Mayfair Homes in-house
designer, and has a Bachelor of Arts
in Architecture and an Advanced
Diploma in Building Design.
With extensive experience in
design and architecture, Marcus
assists our clients in designing a
custom affordable solution.
Marcus has designed over 150 new
homes and is an accredited HIA
Green Smart Professional.
