Proposal Requirements Business Information: What type of agreement is required? (Lease, HP or Loan) Business style Business name Trading as name (if different) Business trading address Nature of business Years established Personal Information: Full name, current address and date of birth for all individuals (including Directors) Previous address for all individuals if less than 3 years at current Details of all / any additionally owned properties Copy of a utility bill (Council Tax, Gas, Water or Electricity) if not on VR Equipment details: Equipment breakdown and cost Equipment delivery address if different from business trading address Details of supplier & confirmation as to whether the supplier is approved by broker Acceptance Conditions: Any additional information available is always greatly appreciated! Not only will it add strength to a proposal but even information such a Photographic ID and Utility bills at the proposal stage means fewer conditions on an acceptance. This will further ensure a smoother, quicker and more efficient process with acceptance, documents, sign up and pay out. General Guidelines Acceptances One pm acceptances are valid for 90 days from the original date of acceptance. Any re-acceptance after this period will be subject to satisfactory new searches being carried out. Should we reaccept a further 90-day validity period will apply. A third expiry will be subject to a non-refundable re-acceptance fee which is payable before the searches are carried out. Advance Rental Payment and Document fee All documentation fees are non-refundable. It is One pm policy to have had sight of the documents before receiving the advanced deposit. Payment can be made in one of the following ways: Cheque – 6 working days to clear Bank transfer – Customers can transfer into our account using their agreement number as reference. Please contact us for our account details. Card Payment – The customer can call the broker or One pm direct with the card details. One pm will then take this immediately from the details provided. Invoice Deduction – The customer can pay the deposit to the supplier or broker but this must be reflected as a deduction on their invoice. The invoice must also confirm that full title will pass to One pm upon receipt of payment. Supplier and commission payments As standard One pm pay all supplier and commission invoices via BACS. This service is free of charge and monies will take 3 working days to clear. We are also able to make payments by CHAPS, although a fee of £25 + VAT applies for this service. All information must be received and processed by 14:45pm for payment to be issued that day.
