FIBRE ARTS FESTIVAL NOVA SCOTIA
To our friends and supporters who have
come to Amherst for past Festivals I
extend a warm welcome. To those who
have just discovered our Festival, come
and join us in our yearly celebration of all
things fibre. We welcome all of you to
our Festival that showcases an impressive
diversity of work.
Once again we have put together an
attractive program of workshops, displays,
demonstrations and events. The Zonta
Bazaar will be with us again this year.
Four quilt shows in four churches and
five rug shows in three halls will continue
to attract many visitors. At a time when
yarn arts are making a serious comeback
we have included a number of workshops
that focus on basic skills and a modern
application of the older crafts.
