INTERMEDIATE APPRENTICESHIP<br />
An Intermediate Apprenticeship provides nationally recognised<br />
qualifications and would suit trainee customer facing roles such as a<br />
Receptionist, Shop assistant, or Customer Service Assistant:<br />
Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service<br />
Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading<br />
ADVANCED APPRENTICESHIP<br />
An Advanced Apprenticeship provides nationally recognised<br />
qualifications and would suit a more senior role, such as a Customer<br />
Service Manager or Team Leader:<br />
Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service<br />
Level 3 Diploma in Management<br />
HIGHER APPRENTICESHIP<br />
A Higher Apprenticeship provides nationally recognised qualifications<br />
and would suit a manager or head of department working in any<br />
business. Available qualification:<br />
Level 4 Diploma in Management<br />
Apprentices will also learn about Employment Rights<br />
and Responsibilities (ERR).<br />
