current member of your team to develop their communication skills
or recruiting the perfect Customer Service Apprentice for you. You will
have a key role in developing your Apprentice’s learning plan to ensure
it suits the needs of your business, with bespoke support from your
dedicated Learning and Development Coach.

‘The Front’
INTERMEDIATE APPRENTICESHIP
An Intermediate Apprenticeship provides nationally recognised
qualifications and would suit trainee customer facing roles such as a
Receptionist, Shop assistant, or Customer Service Assistant:
Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading
ADVANCED APPRENTICESHIP
An Advanced Apprenticeship provides nationally recognised
qualifications and would suit a more senior role, such as a Customer
Service Manager or Team Leader:
Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
Level 3 Diploma in Management
HIGHER APPRENTICESHIP
A Higher Apprenticeship provides nationally recognised qualifications
and would suit a manager or head of department working in any
business. Available qualification:
Level 4 Diploma in Management
Apprentices will also learn about Employment Rights
and Responsibilities (ERR).
