2. For personalised items use the personalised section of the
enclosed order form. Check the number of letters available for
the product you wish to purchase (written in the product
description). Please note that spaces are classed as a character.
Please write clearly, one character per box in the personalised
section. Typeface/font style will appear as seen on product
picture. Please enter personalisation in proper case avoiding
using block capitals unless block capitals are required & accepted
as the personalisation style in the product description. At least
one line must be complete
3. Once your order form is completed please put the catalogue
and order form back in the bag and leave outside for collection.
4. Your distributor will deliver your order straight to your door.

We offer a 30-day money-back guara ntee on all our products. If you are not totally satisfied
with your purchase, provided you have taken care of the goods whilst they are in your
possession, you may return them to the Distributor within 30 days of receipt for a full refund,
excluding personalised items, earings, body bars, fragrances and supplements where the
seal has been broken. All returned items must be accompanied by a receipt. This guarantee
is in addition to your statutory rights to receive goods which conform to the contract, are of
satisfactory quality and correspond with their description. You have the legal right to cancel
your order, excluding personalised items, at any time up to 14 days after receipt of the goods.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Your Distributor will deliver all your goods to you within 14 days of receipt of your order form.
2. Personalised items will be delivered 14 – 28 days of receipt of your order.
3. Personalised items are excluded from our normal 30 day return period and from your right of
cancellation. You may only return such goods if they are faulty or damaged and supported by photographic
evidence. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears and body bars, fragrances and
supplements where the seal has been broken are also excluded from return.
4. Payment for all goods, should be made to your Distributor.
5. All prices referred to in the catalogue are recommended resale prices and are inclusive of VAT.
6. All orders are subject to availability.
7. Due to continuous product development, the goods supplied to you may differ slightly from those
illustrated in the catalogue.
8. The order form forms a contract between you and the Distributor.

portable battery recycling facility at ‘www.recyclenow.com’. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and
some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
Due to the Government regulations called Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) all battery and electrical equipment sold by Kleeneze will carry the wheelie bin symbol.
Items carrying this symbol should not be disposed of in normal household waste. The WEEE regulations are designed to reduce waste production and improve the environment.
Kleeneze is part of the Valpak DTS recycling scheme. To find your nearest disposal site please go to ‘www.recycle-more.co.uk’ and use the Bank locator by entering your post code, or
you can dispose of your WEEE goods in your local Civic Amenity site. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls,
libraries or schools may also have collection points.
