TUNA TARTAR<br />
INGREDIENTS:<br />
- Tuna<br />
- Avocado<br />
- Sesame<br />
- Soy sauce<br />
- Sesame oil<br />
- Wasabi mayonnaise<br />
METHOD:<br />
- Cut the tuna in cubes and marinate in soy sauce and sesame oil<br />
- Add two colours sesame seeds<br />
- Cut in squares avocado and mix with wasabi mayonnaise<br />
- To place in mold in the plate to spill avocado to set in plane and to add the marinated tuna<br />
- Brighten or varnish with oil of sesame and decorate.
