Plastofused Plastic Repair System
The STANNERS PLASTO-FUSED system provides a fast, cost effective repair
option for plastics. It has been designed for a high quality, strong and fast
repair in the automotive sector.
Using flat enamel strips and the optional stainless steel reinforcing clips, it is
possible to repair snapped tabs, cracks and splits, saving the cost of new
bodywork and reducing workshop expenditure.
Body Repair
The functionality of this system is based on heating plastic parts to a perfect
ratio of constant temperature control and air flow intensity. With this
system, you can quickly reach a user-set temperature with a small volume
of air, quickly and efficiently creating a strong, permanent and high quality
repair using the provided strips.
The specially designed flat enamel strips allow for a fast, easy and high
quality repair.
Due to advanced electronic temperature control, this system
does not require a gas such as nitrogen, reducing running costs!
Two Kit Options Available
The Plastofused System is available in two forms, the Basic Kit and the
Expert Kit.
The Expert kit comes with the Plastoclip repair system, allowing metal
reinforcing of snapped parts to provide extra structural integrity of repaired
fastenings.
The expert kit also comes with the Plastoclip spacer kit, allowing you to set
a specific melt depth of the reinforcing wire, allowing for a seamless repair
inside the panel.
