Paul Wright<br />
I have been blown away in the last 12 months<br />
by the reaction we have had by the crafting<br />
community and first and foremost I want to thank<br />
YOU. To see my vision come to life where we can<br />
give access to so many budding crafters, hobbyists<br />
and artists has been an absolute thrill to me and<br />
all the team at <strong>Hochanda</strong> HQ. The last 12 months<br />
has not been without its challenges but I think we<br />
can all agree we have come such a long way from<br />
that very first broadcast at 12pm on 27th August<br />
2015.<br />
Over the 7 day event we will be showcasing some<br />
of the very best craft experts in the industry. We<br />
have lots to celebrate and as a big thank you for<br />
your continued support in our 1st year, I have<br />
given all our customers £10 on their account to<br />
spend during the celebrations*. That’s not all! Our<br />
guests joining us during the 7 day celebrations<br />
also want to say thank you so there are gifts with<br />
every purchase made from live hours too.<br />
7 days of celebrations, to say thank you from<br />
us all at <strong>Hochanda</strong>, that we hope will keep you<br />
busy with craft projects for many weeks to<br />
come. The past 12 months for me has been<br />
truly inspiring. To be able to meet so many of<br />
you at Ally Pally earlier this year was such a<br />
wonderful experience. We couldn’t wait to book<br />
up for September so we hope to see you there<br />
again. For the senior management team and<br />
myself we have a very clear goal in that we want<br />
to reach as many of you as possible with variety.<br />
This is either by broadcasting our live shows<br />
on traditional shopping TV platforms, or even<br />
meeting many of you at exhibitions and shows<br />
and even more recently launching Masterclass<br />
Live HD. All we do comes from listening to<br />
you, we monitor all the online forums closely<br />
and regularly communicate with many of you<br />
directly. <strong>Hochanda</strong> is YOUR Home of Crafts,<br />
Hobbies and Arts so please do continue to tell<br />
us the crafts you want more of and services you<br />
want us to provide. We will continue to listen<br />
and do what we can to build a home with a<br />
family that you are proud to be part of… here’s to<br />
the next 12 months and so much more exciting<br />
news and developments to come your way.<br />
