New IPU
Contract
Manager
appointed
The IPU is pleased to announce the appointment
of Derek Reilly as IPU Contract Manager. Derek
comes from a long background in healthcare having
qualified as a nurse in 1991. Prior to joining the
IPU, Derek worked for many years as an Industrial
Relations Officer with the Irish Nurses and Midwives
Organisation. He has vast experience in negotiating and
advocating on behalf of health professionals. Derek is
looking forward to bringing these skills and experience
to the IPU. We believe that he will be a strong advocate
for members in their dealings
with the HSE and the DoH.
