INTERVIEW POLICIES<br />
Media interviews with players and coaches are encouraged, and<br />
every effort will be made to accommodate media requests. Inperson<br />
interviews are preferred. Telephone interviews can be<br />
arranged through the sports information office. Reach out to the<br />
sports information office for the best time to reach head coach<br />
Jaclynn Yocum.<br />
POSTGAME AVAILABILITIES<br />
Players and coaches will be available for interviews at the<br />
volleyball court, after a brief cooling-off period at the conclusion<br />
of each match. Media will be provided full stat packages upon<br />
completion of each match. Skyhawk head coach Jaclynn Yocum<br />
and selected players will be made available upon request.<br />
Requests for players will be taken near the end of each match.<br />
Space will be made available following post game interviews for<br />
filing stories.<br />
CREDENTIALS<br />
No media credentials are required for coverage of regular-season<br />
home matches since admission is free. For postseason matches,<br />
credentials may be obtained through the sports information<br />
office. There is no designated media parking.<br />

The press row for UT Martin volleyball is at an elevated height<br />
for easy viewing, located directly behind the official scoretable<br />
in the Skyhawk Fieldhouse. Wireless internet access is available<br />
throughout the Fieldhouse.<br />

A wealth of resources for the UT Martin sports information<br />
department can be found at www.UTMSports.com. The site<br />
features updated schedules, rosters, player information, scores<br />
and statistics.<br />
SKYHAWKS IN PRINT<br />
The name of our institution is The University of Tennessee at<br />
Martin and if abbreviated, should be referred to as UT Martin.<br />
The University of Tennessee at Martin should be used as the first<br />
reference in a news story. UT Martin should be used in subsequent<br />
references and UTM is acceptable in headlines. Tennessee-Martin,<br />
UT-Martin, UT or Martin should never be used. The description<br />
Skyhawks should be used to represent all UT Martin athletic<br />
teams. Lady-Skyhawks or Hawks should never be used.<br />
