REGISTRATION INFORMATION<br />
All <strong>2016</strong> <strong>Spring</strong> Activities are now available for on-line registration.<br />
<strong>Summer</strong> Registration Dates<br />
Resident Only: Monday, March 14, <strong>2016</strong> beginning at 8 a.m.<br />
Non-Residents: Monday, March 21, <strong>2016</strong> beginning at 8 a.m.<br />
Please Note: All non-residents registering during resident<br />
time period will be automatically dropped <strong>and</strong> will have to<br />
re-register on appropriate dates.<br />

REFUND POLICY:<br />
Refunds <strong>and</strong> transfers MUST be requested FIVE business days<br />
prior to the beginning of the class in order to receive a refund<br />
or transfer. (Exception: There are no refunds for Fun In The<br />
Sun <strong>and</strong> Art In The Park, however if spots are available a<br />
participant may transfer to another day.)<br />
There will be a 20% administrative charge for all cancellations.<br />
The $3.00 online service fee is non-refundable.<br />
If a class is cancelled by Greenwood Village, a full refund will<br />
be made to the participant.<br />
Transfers are free if spots are available; participants may<br />
substitute another family member with an account in their<br />
spot. Transfers of friends, neighbors are NOT allowed.<br />
DROP OFF AND PICK-UP POLICY<br />
For all youth art <strong>and</strong> recreation programs participants MUST<br />
be signed in <strong>and</strong> out of the program by a person who is 13<br />
years or older, unless arrangements have been made with the<br />
staff supervisor prior to the program.<br />
