April to June were very busy months at the African Fine<br />
Coffees Association.<br />
For the first time ever, AFCA organized a cupping experience for<br />
over 9 members and their coffees at the AFCA Booth in Ireland<br />
Dublin. The cupping was also followed by a Business to Business<br />
Networking Session with Kenya AFCA Members with Irish Roasters<br />
and Importers.<br />
During the same period, we travelled to China were we presented<br />
the best of Africa’s Coffees to the Barista and Roaster Community<br />
that congregated at the Fushan Cultural Centre in Hainan.<br />

coffee Guru, Judy Ganes Chase. We also interview the Global Coffee<br />
Platform’s Interim Executive Director Annette Pensel. Lastly we<br />
hear from AFCA Member Merchanta who is celebrating 20 years of<br />
existence.<br />
Finally, I invite you once again to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the 15th<br />
African Fine Coffees Conference & Exhibition that will be held from<br />
15th to 17th February, 2017. The Entire Ethiopian Chapter invites<br />
you for another beautiful conference.<br />
