Ten years ago Michele Mandel and Renee Seidman had a crazy idea to open
a needlepoint business. Most people start with a proper business plan…..
We left our day jobs and started stitching in Renee’s basement. We always
had big plans, and worked night and day towards achieving our goals. First
came the storefront in Bergenfield NJ, then the wholesale canvas line followed
shortly after. The Twinkle line of thread and the book “Got Stitches” helped to
round out our offerings.
We are very excited to introduce the expansion of our canvas line. We now
have thirteen artists under the Gone Stitching umbrella, including Adam Rhine,
Lori Ludwin, Janice Gaynor, and many others whose beautiful work adorn the
following pages of our newest catalog. We hope this catalog makes shopping
for your inventory easy and pleasant for you and your customers. To place an
