My prep for the Welsh started back in<br />
February when we identified that the Welsh<br />
would be the goal for our first long term<br />
test. Between then and the beginning of<br />
June, when I began work on the bikes, it<br />
was all about getting hooked up with the<br />
upgrades and parts I needed.<br />
