Life in Cornwall
A short distance from Merryn Heights is the
dramatic Trevose Head, with its renowned
lighthouse. Walkers can enjoy spectacular
views along the coastal footpath or, for the
keen golfer, you may prefer Trevose golf
course, one of the leading links golf courses
in the British Isles.
There is also the Camel Trail that starts in
Padstow and follows the route of the old
railway line to Bodmin, much loved by
cyclists. St Merryn village has long been
known for its slogan “seven bays for seven
days”, equidistant from a variety of beaches,
hidden coves and seawater swimming pools.
Merryn Heights is the perfect location from
which to visit the many country estates
across Cornwall, and the museums that
tell the rich history of a proud county. The
Minack Theatre built into the cliff face, with
exceptional sea views and Shakespearean
productions is a little further down the coast
but well worth the scenic drive.
North Cornwall boasts many highly rated
restaurants and cosy country pubs. Celebrity
chefs Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth, each
have a number of restaurants in and around
Padstow, including Rick Stein’s Cornish
Arms pub in St Merryn Village, only three
minutes drive from Merryn Heights. There
are also several vineyards to visit across
Cornwall but the nearest happens to be Camel
Valley, which is one of the top producers of
sparkling wine in the world (that includes
champagne!), and it’s only 20 minutes away.

Padstow itself has an array of great shops, art
galleries and cafes, with views of the harbour.
While it may be at its most popular in the
height of summer, Christmas in Padstow is
a very special period. Mid December is the
time for late night Christmas shopping when
local bands, street buskers, and carolers take
to the streets, with many shops and pubs
offering mulled wine and snacks.
If ever you fancy a change, there is always the
water taxi from Padstow, across the estuary,
to Rock, for more shops and restaurants,
which runs from March through to October.
Or you could sail there yourself, if you
have your own boat or you’re a member of
Padstow Sailing Club…

standard 3632, but it’s the details that provide the personal

touches that we can assist you with.
With such a variety of homes and sizes at your disposal, you
have the freedom to decide what aspects best suit you, with
everything you may desire, from en-suite bathrooms, to a
private study, walk-in wardrobes, open-plan kitchen / dining
/ living rooms and luxurious master bedrooms. You even get
to choose what plants you have in your garden, if you wish.

How to buy…

park, the location and your prospective home. We
would be more than happy to introduce you to
the park and answer any questions you may have.

After 30 days, we will arrange a date with you to
visit our manufacturing partners to determine
which home best suits you.
To become a park home owner, it should only take a
day to agree floor plans and any finer details, after
which point you will pay a deposit. You will be
handed the keys to your home on receipt of full
settlement of the agreed price.

arrange a visit at any time or day that suits you.
Choose and reserve a plot location, for a small
refundable deposit; you will be given a period of
30 days in which to commit fully but should you
change your mind at any stage during that period
the deposit will be refunded to you, in full, with
no questions asked.
