What we are<br />
<strong>Transversal</strong> <strong>Learning</strong> and Development is a<br />
training and development institution that provides<br />
higher and continuing education for students,<br />
potential workers and professionals; as well as<br />
coaching services for professionals, organizations,<br />
and businesses.<br />
We aim to enhance people's capacity for the<br />
workforce by better equipping them in their<br />
personal development; and providing resources to<br />
organizations and enterprises so they can increase<br />
their efficiency and revenues.<br />
Our mission (in short)<br />
Equipping students, professionals and institutions by providing<br />
transversal education and resources so they can be more<br />
effective and competitive in personal life and in the workforce.<br />
We will accomplish our mission by doing the following:<br />
1. Training (Workshops & Seminars). In-field and online<br />
trainings in leadership, entrepreneurship, business,<br />
administration, finances, and other professional development<br />
fields for individuals and institutions.<br />
2. Consulting and Coaching. Consultation and coaching<br />
services include business plan, market study, funding search for<br />
business, human resources for organizations and businesses.<br />
3. Networking. Gathering professionals and leaders so<br />
they can share potentials and learn from each other.<br />
4. Career Development. Job and career placement,<br />
career development assistance and trainings as well as human<br />
resources services for individuals with our business partners.<br />
