Horse Transport App
• Add and assign horse pick ups to your drivers. Provide Client with realtime
update on their horse via private web page.
• Capture before and after photos of horses Collection/Delivery.
• Capture Transport Prices and instruct Drivers on Cash on Collection.
• Constantly monitor current Availability on lorry.
• Monitor GPS location of lorry.

Explaination
• The idea is that when a horse is added to the database (by only the
admin) there is a link dynamically generated and available on the
admin page.
• this link would be copied and text to the customer and they can keep
up to date with progress along the way.
• The lorry driver has only a few things to update, the status of the
horse from from Pending, Collected, Delivered, completed.
• Option to add photos and a comment on collection. All this
information will be added to the database and used to
generate/populate the client page.

Explaination-continued
• Each lorry would be a user with user priviliges listed previous.
• The admin page would be a desktop log in page showing all lorry
details and allowing a number of filtering options.
• This master admin would be able to move horses from one lorry to
another and update details on any field of information. They should
also have an add new Horse button to add a new job each time.
• Further scope would be: the option to generate an invoice document
based on the informaton provided, realtime upadtes of GPS location
via an app, and potentially API intregration with SMS Gateway service
to send each user an SMS once the horse is assign to a lorry for the
first time.
