A Journey with Rum & Picture<br />
As I pass by the green meadows<br />
Covered by the bright yellow light<br />
Of the nature, It reminds me of you.<br />
The innocent child face of yours playing with the<br />
Little birds and the cubs<br />
What you touched turned gold.<br />
Thy the same with my heart.<br />
You completed the life puzzle of mine<br />
And made me the man thy I needed to be.<br />
But these are just faint memories which haunt me always.<br />
I drink this rum who I have as a comrade but I cannot drink<br />
anymore.<br />
My shadows cry and no one to wipe my tears.<br />
The grand piano thy not playing your song.<br />
I want my life to rewind back and play the<br />
Part when I met you.<br />
The rum bottle falls down along with your picture<br />
And is shattered.<br />
So is my once filled happy heart.<br />
Is this journey to keep<br />
Me haunting of the past<br />
Or an end to my weeping shadow<br />
And climb the golden stairs for you<br />
I pray for the wrong to be right.<br />
