18 QLOOM CUSTOM DESIGN HOW YOUR VISION BECOMES REALITY Design Process DESIGN OVERVIEW Trust us with your ideas. We’ll work with you to determine which products best match your needs. DESIGN TEMPLATES For those that are familiar with design we will send you our graphic templates which will allow you to start creating your product’s design. DESIGN SUPPORT If you are unfamiliar with design software and need help creating your design, we are happy to collaborate with you to take your ideas into an inspiring design. DESIGN FINALIZATION AND APPROVAL Once you’re happy with the design and you can hardly wait for the first ride in your new gear, you’ve reached the end of the design process! The final step is to confirm the design files with Qloom so production can begin. Order and Delivery Process CUSTOMER SERVICE We are happy to help you with every step of the Qloom Custom program. Whether it’s finding the best product for your needs, help with design process, or price quotes, we’re right with you until your order arrives at the doorstep. We’re excited to create something special with you! you a sample set that includes all sizes in the style(s) you’ve chosen. The sample set will allow you to determine the exact sizes for you, your team, customers or event. ORDERS After confirming the appropriate sizes, you will need to notify us of the final quantities and sizes for each style. Once confirmed, the order will be placed and production will begin. DELIVERY AND PRODUCTION Once the order has been placed, it will take on average 6 to 8 weeks to complete production. Your amazing new apparel will be shipped directly to you. PAYMENT We request 50% payment due at the time of order. The remaining 50% of the invoice is due ten days after you have received your products. GUARANTEE We guarantee our quality and your satisfaction. To that end, there is a two-year guarantee on every product purchased. Qloom’s guarantee does not apply to damages caused by normal wear, modifications, or those unfortunate times when the trail takes you down in a crash.
