course is not for you, the results from your treatment will last approx. 3-5 days - great for any special events you have coming up. A course
is a commitment - but the results last longer.

How does it work?
Shrinking Violet Body Wrap is a painless, effortless process that can successfully remove fat in problem areas, such as
thighs, buttocks and abdomen. The fat cells are broken down and excreted by the body.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends. Most clients require maintenance treatments once or twice a year after the initial course of six treatments. Just

size after the first treatment. After 24 hours, you will see the maximum effect.
Will the results last?

new cells have to form, which will happen if you continue to eat excess

How long does it take? When can I see results?
The treatment can continue to work for 72 hours, during this time you must
remain hydrated by drinking at least 8 glasses of water (about 2 litres) per
24 hours.
Do not shower or bathe for 12 hours and after 24 hours wash only lightly.
This helps the solution to remain in the skin and give the best results
possible.
Eat lightly over the next 24 hours and completely avoid alcohol, caffeine &
tobacco. This will give the liver the opportunity to work effectively to

ELECTROLYSIS
Electrolysis is a form of hair removal that permanently
removes unwanted facial hair from the root where the
matrix is. The matrix is where the hair gets it oxygen
and food. The procedure is simple. A small metal probe
is slid into the hair folicle and tiny amount of electricity
is delivered to the follicle through the probe, which
causes localized damage to the matrix which causes
the hair to be destroyed using STEREX disposable needles.

MAGGIE KEELING
Chartered Physiotherapist
Maggie trained at the London Hospital Whitechapel and qualified in 1987 with a BSc.(Hons) degree in Physiotherapy. Her
first job as a junior physiotherapist was at Old Church Hospital in Romford. She was then promoted to a senior role at St
Bartholomew’s in the City and subsequent promotion took her across the river to Guy’s hospital in South London. More
recently she has worked in Essex locally in both hospital and General Practice settings and within the Primary Care Trust.
In 1996 Maggie gained membership to the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) and in 2003
was awarded a Masters Degree in Pain Management (MSc.Pain M).
Maggie is registered with the health professions council and is fully insured. She is specialised in manual therapy,
mobilisation and manipulation. The attainment of a Masters Degree in Pain Management has enhanced her knowledge
and skills and she is well qualified to help and advise on the management of both physical and emotional aspects of
persistent musculo-skeletal pain. Maggie works closely with GP’s, consultants and medical staff locally and nationally,
and is an honorary tutor at Cardiff University on the Masters course. Maggie is also able to work closely with the fitness
instructors in the gym and rehabilitation classes at the sports centre.
Maggie uses a holistic approach and a broad range of techniques alongside almost 25 years of clinical experience to
treat all types of muscle, joint and ligament injuries as well as being able to help in managing symptoms of arthritis,
joint diseases and many other causes of aches and pains. Treatment and management plans are made jointly with you
following a thorough clinical assessment, examination and explanation of your condition.
All treatments given by Registered Physiotherapists are recognised by the medical profession and all major health
insurance companies.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT.
On your first visit a detailed and holistic examination will be carried out.You will be asked questions about your problems
and concerns and details of your general medical history. The relevant joints, muscles and ligaments will then be examined.
Please wear or bring appropriate clothing for a detailed examination e.g.shorts or suitable underwear. Maggie will discuss the
examination findings with you and agree a treatment plan. This will include advice and self-management techniques.
Prevention of further injury is emphasised and your treatment will probably include exercises for you to do at home.
