Kantha is a traditional method of embroidery popular in Bengal,<br />
India. The cotton saris are layered and then joined with a simple<br />
running hand stitch of colorful thread to create one of a kind<br />
vintage throws. Each throw has its own unique character which<br />
occasionally includes worn areas, missing threads and the<br />
artful patterns created by piecing together the different saris.<br />
These variations are a reflection of each product’s distinctiveness<br />
