Volunteers
Throughout the year, our team relies on the support of hundreds of volunteers who are committed
to fulfilling the mission of Victory Junction. Individuals who volunteer at camp come from all fifty
states and several countries. As a volunteer, individuals are responsible for a variety of different aspects
of camp.
Seasonal Staff
From mid-May until early August, Victory Junction hires nearly ninety seasonal staff to be an active
part of our program. As a seasonal staff, you receive the opportunity learn a lot about the camper
illnesses we serve, adaptive programming,
Cabin Counselor
As a Cabin Counselor, spend each week empowering campers to do more than they ever imagined.
Cabin Counselors serve as the primary role model for six to eight campers on a weekly basis.
Counselors will assist campers with activities of daily living, provide support and
encouragement at program areas and ensure the healthy and safety of our campers.
Program Counselor
As a Program Counselor, you will be in one of our activity areas providing intentional programming
to our campers. You will plan, facilitate, and supervise safe activities catered to the specific needs
of our campers each week. When not facilitating in the activity area, you will provide support to
campers in their cabin.
