35 th Annual John’s Pass
Seafood and Music Festival
This Festival begins October 27th and goes
through October 30th. This festival is by far, one
of the most popular festival that we have here in
the St. Petersburg/Clearwater area. Each year, for
the past 35 years, the turnout is always spectacular,
all the while getting better each year. This
year’s seafood festival will feature 1.) one of the
largest seafood selections we have yet to have in
our history of hosting the festival. 2.) An Art and
Craft show as well as 3.) A Fishing Tournament.
During this festival we will also feature free concerts
on the famous John’s Pass. On Thursday,
October 27th, we will be presenting a Classic Rock
day, thanks to our many sponsors and amazing
local music! On Friday, October 28th, We will be
throwing our famous Halloween block party! And
this Halloween parties is usually one of the biggest
in the bay!!! On Saturday, October 29th, We will
be hosting our fantastic Country music day. And
finally on Sunday, October 30th, we will be celebrating
all day long to end our fabulous weekend
but none other than beach party music all day!
Please come out and join in all the fun. Who
doesn’t enjoy seafood, good music and Halloween
block parties, I mean come on out and end your
October with a beach bang!!!
Johns Pass has tons of shopping, fishing, dining,
and plenty of entertainment to pass the time while
you meander around during our annual seafood
festival. It is located on the water front, this
quaint turn of the century fishing village, is most
certainly, Pinellas counties number one tourist
attraction. Over one hundred merchants inhabit
the village with very remarkable retail as well as
their friendly and outgoing attitudes toward their
customers. Johns Pass contains an array of shopping
as well as a very wide variety of restaurants
that any on your family members or friends will be
certain to indulge into. There is also a lot of
dolphin watching around Johns pass whether it be
a tour you can pay for on a tour guided boat for a
small fee. Or you can sit back relax and watch all
the dolphin and marine life surface on occasion.
Johns Pass also offers shelling tours as well as
plenty of boat rentals and most certainly tons of
parking available.
