“If you strip us of our physical looks, beliefs and everything you will find
we all have the same HEART pumping to THE SAME BEAT…… all over the
world.”
This is the overriding focus of self taught artist Cindy Lass. A belief that
essentially we are all alike and that what connects us is much more powerful
than anything that divides us.
This year’s event in this ongoing project focuses on the need for us all to reconnect and to heal our
hearts through the medium of art. In an increasingly virtual world with huge demands on our time, this
is a moment to reflect on the power of human connection and communication.
“I have been overwhelmed by the response from artists and celebrities - we have some amazing artwork
and every piece sold either in the auction or during the three day exhibition will benefit the Heart Cells
Foundation - this charity that have partnered with us to bring this exhibition to fruition. The following
pages will give you a taste of what’s on offer.
This will be a holistic experience - like no other charity art exhibition. Take a deep breath, feel inside your
heart while connecting with the colour and energy in the gallery. I have had the pleasure to paint for The
Queen and host of celebrites from David Beckhan to Sir Elton John. My art has now brought me to this
moment; I feel as a human being that I live through colour. Life is here to be enjoyed, whilst being kind
to others….. I want to spread the understanding that we are not all different ... WE ALL HAVE A HEART.
