CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE<br />
We have outlined the key stages when buying your new home with Burrington Estates. These stages are in place to ensure that you<br />
receive a first-class buying experience from the first enquiry to long-lasting aftercare.<br />
1 Reservation Checklist<br />
Upon reservation, your Sales Executive will go through the<br />
reservation checklist with you, and discuss the specification and<br />
floorplans in detail. Your site manager is also available to help you<br />
with any technical queries you may have.<br />
2 Personalise your new home<br />
This is the time to personalise your new home! Your Sales Executive<br />
will explain to you the different options that are available, and will<br />
arrange a suitable time for you to confirm your choices.<br />
3 Meet the Site Manager<br />
This is a one-to-one progress update. Your Sales Executive will<br />
arrange for you to meet your Site Manager. Your Site Manager<br />
will escort you around your reserved home, and go through any<br />
key features of the build as well as any technical details with you.<br />
6 Long-lasting Aftercare<br />
You will receive a courtesy call 24 hours after moving in, and a<br />
personal visit 7 days and 28 days following this to ensure you are<br />
settled into your new home.<br />
- Concierge Service<br />
We will provide you with the Burrington Estates *Concierge<br />
Service upon moving into your new home. Our Concierge will<br />
assist you with the essentials in setting up your new home!<br />
- Warranty<br />
Your new home will be independently surveyed during the<br />
construction process by the National House Building Council<br />
(NHBC) who will issue their 10-year warranty certificate upon<br />
completion of your new home.<br />
4 Familiarisation Visit<br />
Your Sales Executive will arrange an appointment with you to<br />
familiarise yourself with your new home approximately 2 weeks<br />
before completion.<br />
5 Completion<br />
Following legal completion and payment, your Sales Executive<br />
will meet you to handover the keys to your new home, record<br />
meter readings and complete any required paperwork with you.<br />
*Burrington Estates Concierge Service will be provided for one day upon moving into your new<br />
home – between the hours of 9am – 5pm, this date will be confirmed upon completion.
