Oliwia Berdak is a senior analyst at<br />

development of suitable metrics. She<br />
leads Forrester’s coverage of digital disruption and digital innovation<br />

Ankit Chhajer, RBS<br />
Ankit Chhajer is digital lead – customer<br />
experience design and sales innovation<br />
– at RBS. He delivers compelling,<br />
sustainable digital customer experiences,<br />
propositions and proof of concepts.<br />
Chhajer also helps to inform and direct<br />
the future strategy for the bank. He is<br />
an agile practitioner, transforming digital<br />
and mobile journeys and an experienced omni-channel and<br />
user experience enabler. Prior to RBS, Chhajer graduated from<br />
GECRC with a B.Eng. in engineering and was vice-president of<br />
operations – global graduate internship programme at AIESE<br />
Chris Gledhill, Secco Aura<br />
Top global fintech influencer, technologist<br />
and visionary, Chris Gledhill is<br />
on a mission to reinvent currency. Former<br />
lead of disruptive innovation labs<br />
at Lloyds <strong>Banking</strong> Group, he is now<br />
CEO and co-founder of Secco Aura,<br />
a company that monetises data and<br />
empowers the consumer.<br />
Gledhill regularly speaks and blogs about financial services and<br />
is considered a thought leader in fintech.<br />
He is passionate about disruptive technologies such as digital<br />
currencies, Blockchain, AI, biometrics, the internet of things<br />
and how they can be applied to banking. Chris is a proponent of<br />
financial inclusion.<br />
Helen Page, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks<br />
Helen Page has over 20 years’ experience<br />
in marketing, consultancy and<br />
customer propositions.<br />
Prior to joining Clydesdale and<br />
Yorkshire, she spent eight years at RBS<br />
in a number of roles. She became MD<br />
for marketing and innovation, and<br />
during this time Page was responsible<br />
for developing Helpful <strong>Banking</strong> at<br />
NatWest and Here for You at RBS, following the global banking<br />
crisis in 2008.<br />
Helen was also head of brand marketing at Argos, where she<br />
played a key role in driving the business to win Retailer of the<br />
Year in 2003.<br />
Simon Taylor, 11:FS<br />
Simon Taylor is co-founder and director<br />
of Blockchain at 11:FS.<br />
Taylor most recently built the<br />
Barclays Blockchain R&D capability<br />
after having been a founding member<br />
of the Barclays Accelerator team.<br />
Today, he advises clients on a range of<br />
fintech subjects include APIs, Blockchain<br />
and digital transformation.<br />
He is a partner in the $100m <strong>Banking</strong> on Blockchain VC fund,<br />
investing exclusively in Blockchain companies and through<br />
www.11fs.co.uk, and is a host of the Fintech Insider podcast.<br />
Frankie Woodhead, Barclays<br />
Frankie Woodhead is head of digital<br />
product at Barclays UK.<br />
He is known well across the industry<br />
and within Barclays for scale delivery,<br />
impacting the core customer experiences<br />
across online, mobile and omnichannel<br />
banking.<br />
Woodhead has E2E product accountability<br />
across the bank’s login, transaction,<br />
payments and core servicing journeys, in turn transforming<br />
the experience of 24m customers over the course of <strong>50</strong>m weekly<br />
interactions.<br />
