PREPARE<br />

CARAMEL SAUCE<br />

Makes about 1 cup<br />

2 tbsp. unsalted butter<br />

¾ cup brown sugar<br />

1 cup heavy cream<br />

¼ tsp. vanilla extract<br />

¼ tsp. coarse kosher salt, optional<br />

1. Place butter in base of TupperWave ® Stack<br />

Cooker 1¾-Qt./1.75 L Casserole. Microwave<br />

on high for 30 seconds or until melted.<br />

2. Add brown sugar and heavy cream to butter<br />

and whisk until combined.<br />

3. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds,<br />

stirring halfway through. Whisk thoroughly.<br />

Microwave 30–60 seconds longer or until<br />

mixture begins to bubble. Watch closely<br />

towards end as to make sure it doesn’t boil<br />

over.<br />

4. Stir in vanilla and salt, if desired. Store<br />

refrigerated in Squeeze It Bottle for up to<br />

one month.<br />
