in conducting Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory, and vulnerability<br />
assessments and adaptation needs;<br />
v. Strengthen the effort of government, private sector and community<br />
in reducing GHG emission from main activities of development;<br />

Mainstream climate change risk management and GHG emission<br />
reduction on sectoral planning; and<br />
vii.<br />
Strengthen global partnerships and support the implementation of<br />
relevant international agreements and frameworks, e.g. the United<br />
Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).<br />
C.4. Sustainable Consumption and Production<br />
Strategic Measures<br />
i. Strengthen public-private partnerships to promote the adoption<br />
of environmentally-sound technologies for maximising resource<br />
efficiency;<br />

Promote environmental education (including eco-school practice),<br />
awareness, and capacity to adopt sustainable consumption and<br />
green lifestyle at all levels;<br />
iii.<br />
Enhance capacity of relevant stakeholders to implement sound<br />
waste management and energy efficiency; and<br />
iv.<br />
Promote the integration of Sustainable Consumption and Production<br />
strategy and best practices into national and regional policies or as<br />
part of CSR activities.<br />
D. RESILIENT<br />
17. Integrated, comprehensive, and inclusive approaches are necessary<br />
to build resilient communities in the <strong>ASEAN</strong> region post-2015. Resilience is<br />
an essential aspect of human security and sustainable environment which is<br />
addressed by integrating policies, capacity and institution-building, stakeholder<br />
<strong>ASEAN</strong> Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint 2025<br />
