Endnote- Understanding Inspirational Leadership –
Amanda Bailey - Founder of CONFIDENT RESULTS
The ultimate definition of a true leader is simple: A true leader is someone who inspires others to
become more of who they truly are. A true leader brings out the greatness that lies within each
human being, and enables individuals to put that greatness into practice consistently. Leaders
inspire themselves and others to do, be, give, and become more than they ever thought possible,
thereby creating more leaders in the process.
• Explore how leaders foster innovation
• Develop and maintain positive relationships
• Create a positive atmosphere where all team members know they are appreciated
Apply a take-charge attitude with confidence and enthusiasm
