Jonathan, the new owner, says, "I am<br />
keeping O'Che's exactly the way it is. I love<br />
the decorations of Gordan's and the<br />
pictures and all of it. It is a lot of people that<br />
<strong>com</strong>e in and love O'Che's and try it for the first time<br />
since they see the Guiness sign. That is why I tried<br />
it the first time honestly. I saw the sign and just<br />
walked in. Guiness is known around the world for<br />
the best lager ever. And it is true. I ordered a new<br />
huge Guiness sign that is my contribution to<br />
O'Che's and it had to be made out of wood since the<br />
building is a historical building. I had great fun<br />
doing that." he says. "o and <strong>com</strong>e tonight at 8pm<br />
and try the live band and dancing." Alright!<br />

"What have I added? Let"s see...high brands<br />
such as Zacapa and Bulova. And now a top<br />
shelf of premium whiskeys...and cut the<br />
menu from 19 items to only 8 items. Yet we<br />
use only local Czech products now and fresh<br />
high quality. The fish and chips is fresh<br />
instead of this frozen stuff. Now people<br />
actually <strong>com</strong>e back because of the food<br />
instead of only the drinking!"he jokes.<br />
HERE IS THE BIG PARTY PLACE NAMED O'CHES..."Sometimes it is crazy in here for<br />
no apparent reason...such as when the Stag Girls <strong>com</strong>e in...or one night a couple of nights ago a wedding from India<br />
came in and partied with us all night. Every guest eventually danced with the wedding party! Things like this<br />
happen all the time!"says Jonathon,. pictured below. "Has anything changed in the last year since I've owned it?<br />
