Introduction For the third consecutive year, Citywealth is honouring 200 of the most powerful women in government, private wealth, education, private client advisory and philanthropy across the international financial centres (IFCs). Listed alphabetically by jurisdiction and last name, the list has been compiled from a number of sources. Part of the research was generated by last year’s list and the 2016 edition of the Citywealth Leaders List. This was combined with recommendations from leading figures in the financial service industry, UHNW clients, charities and from a call for submissions. We also bring you five interviews of high-profile female professionals in Bermuda, Dubai, Guernsey, Jersey and Switzerland. These successful women talk about their client work, significant achievements, and the latest trends in the private wealth industry. The IFC Powerwomen Top 200 list focuses on influencers as well as professionals and celebrates powerful women from diverse backgrounds. It recognises women of achievement who are trailblazers in their field, helping to promote business excellence in their home jurisdiction and consolidating the reputations of the financial services industry globally.
