Visit the fitness center at your hotel.<br />
Take a break from work emails to be present during a session.<br />
Choose to stand up rather than sit during a session.<br />
Wear comfortable shoes.<br />
Get at least 8 hours of sleep.<br />
Walk to the North Tower.<br />
Take a deep breath and find some time to meditate in the<br />
Meditation and Prayer room, located in San Antonio.<br />
Recharge with a nap before evening<br />
