All Reception Packages include:
• Personalised wedding planning and assistance
• Pre-reception garden party (Includes garden games with private access to your
terrace, personal bartender with a private cash bar for your guests)
• Coordination of all place cards and table settings
• Use of lectern and microphone
• Food and Beverage menu tasting for the Bride and Groom with your Wedding
Coordinator
• Chauffeur driven golf carts to select photo locations on golf course and around
the property (maximum 11 people with additional carts available subject to
availability)
• ‘Friday Freedom Package’ - two rounds of golf at The Vintage
• Seating plan at reception entry and Menu cards for each table centre
• White linen and napery for guest tables and bridal table
• Head waiter with specialist wait staff
• Cake table and gift table
• White linen and skirting for cake and gift tables
• Packages are based on a minimum of 80 adult guests

We would just like to say a huge thank you to all your staff at Chateau Elan for their
kindness and hospitality for our wedding on the 21st July! Nothing was too much trouble and
everyone made our day all the more special and relaxed through their attitude and help.
Karen at our private dinner reception was so lovely and took care off all our guests. We would
also like to make a special thank you to your chef for the beautiful food! (It was the most
delicious steak and fish we’ve ever had and all our guests raved about it).
Unfortunately we cannot remember everyone’s names individually, but we would sincerely like
to thank them all. Please pass this message onto everyone involved with our perfect wedding
day. We will have no hesitation recommending your venue to our family and friends, and are
looking forward to coming there again in the near future.
