MODULAR CONTROL UNITS<br />

DESCRIPTION<br />

BasicLogo control units have a modular<br />

design and are built to order. In their basic<br />

configuration, they meet all the requirements<br />

for level-dependent starting and<br />

stopping of one or two submersible<br />

pumps.<br />

All BD/BS types (for two pumps) start up<br />

pumps automatically and alternate<br />

between the pumps. The resting pump is<br />

switched on during peak load (optionally) or<br />

in the event of a fault. After a power failure,<br />

pump start-up is staggered to prevent<br />

extreme rushes of current.<br />

All control units are fitted with a Neozed 6A<br />

control fuse. A manual-0-automatic<br />

selector switch and an operational status<br />

indicator is incorporated for every pump.<br />

The control unit can be adapted to<br />

individual applications by combining it with<br />

various different level controls.<br />

We also offer a wide range of modules and<br />

control elements for extending the control<br />

unit to meet individual requirements,<br />

including voltmeters, impulse counters,<br />

time meters, seal leak detectors, main<br />

switches, speed regulators, and connection<br />

to an emergency power generator.<br />

The size of the sheet steel casing depends<br />

upon the electrical features required.<br />
