When do I need to pay it back?
You will not need to pay
your loan back until:
• You have finished your course
• You earn more than £21,000 per annum
• If you get a loan to cover tuition fees
for an Access to HE course and go on to
successfully complete a course in Higher
Education your loan will be written off
Instalment Plan
If you don’t have an ‘Approved’ Advanced
Learner Loan, or the qualification you are
applying for is not eligible, you can pay using
an instalment plan
How does the Instalment plan work?
You will pay 25% of your course fee at
enrolment and the remainder will be spread
between 1 and 6 months depending upon
your requirements and the length of the
course. All fees must be paid in full 1 month
before the end of the course. The minimum
course fee eligible for instalments is £100.
Other costs such as childcare and transport
could be supported through a bursary
scheme. Contact us for more info.
